John Collins

John Collins: Managing Director | Builder

John Collins has over 18 years experience in the building industry, completing his carpentry apprenticeship in 1993 before attaining his builders license in 1998 and the incorporation of the firm in 2002.

After extensive experience on numerous public and private projects, he has become an expert in restoring and maximising properties through building rejuvenation and modernisation while retaining and restoring the valuable unique architectural features of the original structure.


John leads a qualified and professional team of creative professionals focused on providing clear solutions and advice throughout the building process.

Employing the latest in design techniques, technology and materials, he adopts a progressive perspective on property creation and renovation. Relentless in achieving results for clients, John continuously re-engineers the way he works to adapt to changing internal and external environments.

Kathy Hawkins

Kathy Hawkins: Associate Director | Design & Project Management

With a successful career in real estate sales and property management throughout Sydney, Kathy collaborates with the team to develop innovative, quality design solutions and ensures that projects are delivered on time within budget to meet client briefs.

Forward thinking, analytical and focused on preventing and solving problems, Kathy minimise the client’s exposure to risk.


With over 18 years experience in the property sector, Kathy understands the needs and perspectives of homeowners, tenants and buyers to ensure renovation outcomes with a difference.

Her contemporary inclusive style of management ensures that all key participants - architects, designers, builders, contractors, consultants, agents and strata managers - are brought together in a team to realise a successful outcome for clients. Kathy prides herself in having a sensitivity and appreciation of the role of design in construction which provides the cohesiveness needed in multi-faceted projects.
